About Me

Thanks for taking a few seconds learn about me. I'm a former camp director who switched gears to start up a few online businesses. My first, www.MedicalSummary.com, is an online personal health record for us humans. After speaking with a number of families about the idea, many said "To heck with me, I need one of these cards for my dog." Well, the light went on in my head and we (my wife and I) started developing PetSummary.com right away.

I have to give my wife a ton of the credit for everything I do. Everyday I'm amazed at the amount of stress she deals with while raising our two boys. Sure, a lot of the day is fun, but "playing" with a 3 and 1.5 year old all day is trying for anyone. She is the best mom I've ever seen and a constant source for inspiration. (Plus, she lets me do the easy stuff like go to the office and work on ideas!)

I'm a former pet owner (4 dogs, 3 cats, 12 rabbits, a couple gerbils and Lord knows how many fish) who now has a son who is allergic to dog saliva and dander. (He blows up like a little red balloon when licked.) So, our next pet will come once the older son is a big enough to handle things.

I will continue to work on ideas that come up from conversations with friends, family, and others. If you've got any good ones that you want to flesh out, give me a call. (I like to put that MBA to use as much as I can!)
